Cancellation Policy

Salon Policies Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We kindly request all cancellation requests be made 24 hours or more in advance. Appointments that are cancelled within the 24 hour time frame prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service price total. The fee will be charged via invoice to the email or phone number on file. A note will be made on your account at the time of the first incident. In the event of a second incident, the same fee will apply. A note will be made on your account at the time of the second incident. A 100% prepayment will apply for any future appointment requests. Failure to abide by the cancellation and rescheduling policy from this point will result in forfeiture of any monies used as prepayment. No Show Policy: In the event of a no show - defined as failure to show up to a scheduled appointment without prior notice, will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service price total due prior to any future appointments. A note will be made on your account at the time of the first incident. In the event of a second no show, a fee equal to 100% of the service price total will be due immediately. A note will be made on your account at the time of the second incident. Online booking ability will be revoked. Any future bookings must be requested as a same day appointment and will be subject to availability. Redo and Refund Policy: Client Satisfaction Guarantee Birchwood Salon takes pride, stands by and guarantees the work done by the talented professionals here. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please communicate with us personally, so that together we can come up with a plan. We are happy to help provide other alternatives which may be at the cost of the client. Client “redo’s” will only be honored if we are contacted within 7 days of the original service date. If you are still unhappy with the results of a service, have consulted with us, received a redo, we will use reasonable and fair judgement on any decision to refund the client. This guarantee is void if: The client goes to a competing stylist or salon before contacting us first. AND/OR The client does not use professional/salon quality hair/skin care products for care at home including other color whether it is considered professional or "box." Birchwood Salon reserves the right to alter these rules at any time without notice.
